2021 PEMNA Online Plenary Conference, 8 and 9 September 2021
I addressed?the 2021 PEMNA Online Plenary Conference on Thursday, 8 September at the ungodly hour of 2.00 am. The overall theme of the conference was?Sustainable and Resilient Capital Expenditures for a Post-COVID Recover. My contribution was on 'Financing Capital Investments – Experience of Ireland’.
Launched in 2012, PEMNA, the Public Expenditure Management Network in Asia, is a peer-learning network of public financial management officials and experts in the Asia-Pacific region. The network brings together fourteen countries in the Asia-Pacific region to work together toward a shared vision, building stronger national budget and treasury systems. The member countries are Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Korea Republic, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam

I am looking forward to addressing the 2021 PEMNA Online Plenary Conference on Friday, 9 September (the second day of the conference). The overall theme of the conference is?Sustainable and Resilient Capital Expenditures for a Post-COVID Recover. My contribution is on Financing Capital Investments – Experience of Ireland’. As the conference is being held in Korean time, my contribution will be at the ungodly time of 2.00 am (Irish time)?https://pe
