In 2021, let’s us all try to be more human again.

“For many leaders, 2020 will have been one of the most challenging years in their professional careers” Sally Percy points out in her Forbes’ article “Five Top Leadership Lessons From 2020”.

I agree. Not only that, I believe we are facing some deep-rooted challenges. We live in a world where we are too often disconnected or disassociated from one another: politicians from the public they serve, executives from their employees, people from the producers of what they consume, and so on. Furthermore, this world is becoming overly complex and confusing. Mission-critical challenges like politics, climate emergency, and the leadership crisis create much distorted noise that causes us to miss opportunities to come together.

Our book ‘The Turquoise Brick Road’ provides insight into the Graves Value System (aka. Spiral Dynamics, Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory). This framework can enable us to understand how to progress more healthily, in harmony with each other and in line with (our) nature. All of us, who have worked on the book, want to contribute to positive change and see us all be more human again. Here is to a better future.
