Over the summer months we continued to see higher sales , ?????????????? ?????? ???????????? compared to the same months in 2020; as illustrated by the 32% average sale price for this August compared to August 2020.

As a professional Realtor watching the market closely daily, I am here to explain what is happening in the market that ?????? ?????? ?????? ???? ???????????????? and what this ?????????? for buyers and sellers.

The most ?????????????????????? information is the continued trend towards a more ???????????????????? market as revealed by the ?????????????? percent increases in the month-to-month prices that we have seen since May.

Monthly Benchmark percent changes in price continue to remain in the single digit, with the average one month increase of:

? All Single-family Homes 0.7%

? two story homes 0.5%

? townhouse condos 3.4%

? apartments condos 6.0%

We are entering the fall market which often brings an influx of new activity with kids in school and wanting to sell and get it done before Winter.

2. Federal Fall Election

All parties have made housing a central part of their platforms; in terms of shortage, subsidies, pricing and even, in fact how bids are made on properties

3. Covid Uncertainty

Will there be an effect from in-school learning, will the current wave force some of us to be working at home for a longer term
