On Friday, we had the Obodo Town Hall, where we reflected on this year's results and shared our ambitions for next year. Key numbers:

  • Above target for revenue growth
  • Upwards of 8 on Net Promoter Score
  • 57 total customers

Furthermore, I've moved up to the role of MD. ??

6 months in, I continue to believe in what we're doing here, the people we're doing it with and our mission, as we continue to launch 1000 start-up products into 2022.

I've recently been asked for my advice around building a usability lab for students to learn how to understand users behaviour and how to validate ideas with them.

Problem is - I've never had that resource. I get to know users through the medium of the internet.
