Change is the only constant, early we accept, early we get ready for the future. 2020 was a year of change, it changed our lifestyle, the purpose of life, and prepared us for the future.
I have been writing about the change in the past, right from changes in the education system and the way people work and accept things to have a progressive approach towards the future and Industry 4.0 especially during Covid19 time.
And today morning, I come across a really nice note — What if 2020 wasn't canceled
We all know that it could not be canceled. We had to accept it. This was definitely the year of change and it will be remembered for our whole life and after our life, no matter what we do.
This year gave us four senses according to me:
- Sense of Preparedness
- Sense of Togetherness & celebration
- Sense of Management & Planning
- Sense of Remembrance
The sudden or prolonged economic downturn has lead companies to consider significant budget cuts that eliminate discretionary spending.
Remote work, online education, and social distancing have created a demand for products and services delivered by the tech industry.
The crisis has underscored the need for flexible, resilient business models, including an increased focus on cash-flow forecasting and impacts on supply-chain and commercial-channel partners.
Company valuations have become more attractive for acquisitions by cash-rich companies that have been sitting on the sidelines while keeping targets in mind.
Epidemics and pandemics have been threatening the human race time and again. SARS, H1N1, Ebola, and more have shown their teeth in the past, but with each such outbreak, we are learning new ways of fighting and managing such unexpected diseases that can potentially kill millions of people. Technology cannot prevent the onset of pandemics; however, it can help prevent the spread, educate, warn, and empower those on the ground to be aware of the situation, and noticeably lessen the impact.
Likewise, it has always been the human race that pushed itself forward time and again overcoming epidemics and pandemics, and similarly how every individual need to find an opportunity when others see challenges. Whether you are male or female, you need to work a lot with the divine masculine energy. This energy reflects authority, leadership, standing up for yourself and others, and ruling your own world. You need to step into your power, to really stand up and stand out. We must stop shying away from the spotlight due to fears of criticism and confrontation. Each of us has lived a unique life, obtaining unique wisdom from our experiences and that wisdom is very valuable, be courageous, and share it. Under the Emperor’s robe he wears armor, signaling that in his rise to power he is still prepared to stand up for himself, his ideas, and everything that he is building for himself. We can not back down or allow others to belittle us. Some of the reversed attributes include being too domineering, close-minded, and elusive. Be careful to lead from a place of peace and not from a place of tyranny. We can hold our stance while still being respectful of others who are holding their stance. 2020 Motto: Live and let live. We are all different and that has to be okay. You should be focused on your self-discipline and that you are holding yourself to (reasonable) standards in order to make progress.
Be stronger than any of your excuses, you can do this! You are the ruler of your world, manifest the life that you want this year through hard work and perseverance, take your rightful place on your throne, and continue to lead with fairness and love in your heart. It’s time to show yourself and the world who you are and all that you have to offer. I followed a similar approach, have a glance at how my year was
