Thank you to my team , my dear partners , mentors , well-wishers and customers for making us to survive this hard year!
1. BE HUMBLE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN IT WILL HELP YOU
Throughout 2020 it was very rough ride and I had a run in with my partners, family, staff but this was the best tool. Understand their position and make them understand mine.
Sometimes we even used to fight over whatsapp because of the stress and uncertaininty. But I always stuck to what to achieve versus riding down that person. This helped.
Humility really helped.
2. IF LIFE GIVES YOU LEMON - MULTIPLY THE LEMONS
16TH MARCH 2020 , I will never forget that day. I was left with choice to shut down the company as sales was zero , the upcoming sales has evaporated as lockdown and no backup!
I collected all my lemons(my staff) and got them to work on one goal. Go online or go home! We all went online , used tools and started from scratch . The results showed
Many good souls came and supported. We got picked up and started again! It was crazy . It still is. We still fight and bicker but it all works out fine.
3. NEVER GIVE UP - KEEP UR DREAM AND DESIRE BURNING
Keep trying. If it fails , try again in a different way. The goal cannot be given up. We have to push and keep the fight going .
4. SUPPORT PARTNERS AND BUILD ECO SYSTEM
Help where can without getting burnt out. The partners remember. They will support. During pandemic I reached out to all my partners especially those overseas. We did webinars and also trainings, They all remember and supported.
It helped us going.
5. LISTEN TO UR CUSTOMERS
Stop selling your stuff and listen to what the customer wants. Profile it, sleep on it and deliver what they want. Not what you want to sell.
Stop bullshit as they can see thru it. Be sincere and they will come to you for more business.
6. OVERALL BE SINCERE AND BE TENACIOUS
Be sincere in your work approach and keep pushing. An ardent VIP told me to be tenacious. I held on to that. The results showed
