2020 has been an odd year. It started with record sales in January & February that pointed to a record start and a booming year. Then it all imploded when COVID-19 spread rapidly and the world economy shut down in mid-March.
The 2nd quarter of 2020 saw the economy come to a screeching halt with record unemployment decimating the travel, entertainment, restaurant, & most of the global economy. Real Estate sales literally stopped and the outlook looked bleak for recovery.
However, we rebounded quickly and by May people were back to buying houses. When it's all said and done, 2020 will set records for sales, prices, and efficiency. Team Bober kept working hard during the pandemic and we helped more clients than ever make a move almost doubling our sales from 2019.
