On December 18th, Sincerus Pharmaceuticals subleased 36,230 SF at Gateway Center, 2030 W McNab Road, Fort. Lauderdale, FL. John Dohm, CCIM, SIOR of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Donovan Marine. The tenant was represented by its own interest.

On October 19, Ted Konigsberg and John Dohm of Infinity Commercial Real Estate leased the last remaining space at the Palmetto Glades Center, even before the prior tenant moved out! This multi-tenant retail/service-oriented property is at the intersection of 826 and I-95 in North Miami. The 4,068 square foot, long term lease was signed with LK Marine, the exclusive Miami sales agent for award-winning French watercraft manufacturer Sealver. Ted Konigsberg, said, “We had multiple qualified offers but, when LK Marine approached us, they became our “lead dog”, with one of the most unusual and creative product lines EVER. Sealver makes boats with a cutout that allows you to plug in a jet ski, which becomes power and steering for the boat. Imagine bringing a bunch of friends for a day on the water; You boat to your location, unplug the jet ski and go wave jumping! Sealver is expanding around the world and we know LK Marine is going to do very, very well in the Florida markets!” Infinity represented the landlord and MGS Brokers represented LK Marine.

In a series of related Broward County industrial transactions in September and October, John Dohm of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented Uboxes, a packaging distributor in their sublease of 32,013 square feet at Miramar Park of Commerce from Hapcor, dry goods, and cold chain distributor. John also represented Uboxes in the subleasing of their original 15,000 square foot premises at Monarch Commerce Center to Beyond Logistics of South Florida, a Free Trade Zone operation. John stated, “Both of these transactions were driven by the rapid expansion of online ordering and fulfillment, hastened by people’s reaction to Coronavirus requirements for social distancing. I was very happy to have been able to put the pieces of this puzzle together for these fine companies.”

Infinity Commercial Real Estate leased 1,300 sq. ft. at Varsity Square Shopping Center, 3712 Davie Road in Davie, Florida to Stoner’s Pizza Joint, a chain rapidly expanding across the Southeast US. The lease was signed on August 28th, 2020. Ted Konigsberg of Infinity said, “We are thrilled to be joining their Las Olas location in this great concept’s rollout across South Florida. One of the things that clinched the Landlord’s selection of them for this high visibility location was their recent donation of 10,000 pizza slices to students no longer able to receive school lunches due to the Pandemic. What great people!”

John Dohm of Infinity Commercial Real Estate leased 20,584 sq. ft. at 2820 SW 42nd Street in Hollywood, Florida to Southeastern International Services. The lease was signed on November 20th, 2020.

 Sherri and Andrew have successfully taken Corporate Park of Doral, an 8 building, 192,800 square foot property to 93% occupancy for the Landlord. Corporate Park of Doral directly fronts the Palmetto Expressway at 77th Avenue, between the 36th Street and 58th Street exits, and is a “Market Maker” in the Doral submarket. SHERRI AND ANDREW ARE OFFERING THE REMAINING SUITES FOR LEASE AT VERY COMPETITIVE RATES. 

On February 24th, Insurance Marketing Center, Inc. leased 1,750 SF in the building at 7719 NW 48 Street. Andrew Beregovoy and Sherri Beregovoy of Infinity Commercial represented the Landlord. The Tenant represented by Robert Meneses from Kaizen Realty Partners.

Sherri and Andrew leased ±1,022 SF at the building F. The tenant represented itself.

 Sherri and Andrew leased ±3,352 SF at building F. The tenant represented its own interests.

 Sherri and Andrew leased ±2,275 SF at building D. The tenant represented its own interests.

Sherri and Andrew leased ±1,252 SF at building D. The tenant represented its own interests.

Sherri and Andrew leased ±1,825 SF at building A. The tenant represented its own interests.
