2020 Focus
Many people talk about their “vision” for 2020. Instead of just vision, what if we chose to focus? This is my word of the year and goal: to focus on being intentional with everything, to do what I love and become the best version of myself while connecting with others.

Every day, connect with family, friends, clients and colleagues. Let them know you care with a phone call, text message, hand-written note or the best: get together in person. As you connect, create value in your relationships by being present in the moment ...a novel idea in this era of distraction. Align yourself with those who truly inspire and support your most authentic you. In turn, focus on what you genuinely appreciate and most important, tell them. It takes just a moment and yet, makes all the difference.
The best version? Make it a priority to take care of your physical and emotional well-being and you will then have the ability to give your best to others. Everyone has something that works for them. I discovered that Yoga provides a true inner peace that connects physical and mental strength with meditation and focus. This has made a huge difference in my life. Focus becomes a gift to yourself and to others, and it is the key to happiness. Make the most of each day and connect. After all, life is precious.
