2020

Well, we made it. We have crossed over into the New Year 2020 and a new decade! What was once someday has become today. It's a new season a brand new day: the perfect time to start over. Are you ready?

I am. If the last decade was anything to go by, I can't wait for 2020! I just want you to know that the last decade was challenging but oh so satisfying. A couple highlights: all three children graduated from college. I received an educator award and next-leveled my leadership practice by graduating from my job into full-time entrepreneurship. I look back with gratitude that I am still here! I am also very grateful for each of you, and blessings received in terms of health, relationships and more.

So listen. As you gear up to stick to those new resolutions for sure this time. A reminder that it's about acceptance, resilience, and persistence!

Acceptance. That what is behind can only be reflected on and learned from: it's in the past. And best left there.

Resilience. That despite challenges, disappointments, even setbacks (what I call learning opportunities) that faced me, I can decide to bounce back from and make the most of my present opportunities.

Persistence. Knowing that I can reset goals, retweak plans, and follow through on them until they are fully realized. One goal at a time! I will share my biggest accomplishment for 2019 in an upcoming email! Sooo excited about it can hardly wait!!

I truly wish for you that the desires of your heart personally and professionally will be granted in ways that are exceedingly abundantly above all that you can ask or even imagine!
