If you are allocating more time, money, resources, and data-analysis to sell to your customer, than for designing a world-class experience...you should feel embarrassed. 2019 is a chance to start fresh.

I noticed you used the term "world class experience" ... which is something we are seeing some symmetry on within the Trade Show and Event world ... moving over to the experiential side of creating an experience at both the Exhibition Booth/Stand as well as all events. Is that "experience" linked some way to the designing for the client from the marketing side?? Trying to see if we have another Podcast Topic we can get you back on the show for!? Your show is our 4th most listened to show this year at about 11% of the total listens for the year.??
