2019 Rollercoaster Ride - Part 2

 We had Dawn, who was a fantastic VA.

And we knew we also needed someone in the office to help with viewings etc.

How would anyone else care as much as we do?

In 2019 we celebrated 2 years with Luke on the HMO Heaven Team.

He started with us as a Property Assistant is now Assistant Property Manager.

Luke is a key part of the team and I so value the energy, enthusiasm, great ideas and bad jokes!

Luke's focus on delivering great service to our housemates has seen our google review rise a lot in the last few months.

And it's down to Luke that we took on 6 properties in the first 6 months of 2019 with barely any of my involvement.

If you want to outsource absolutely go for it.
