Hilda Rangel Zavala - Team Member of the Year 2018

Hilda Rangel Zavala , count room clerk, won Team Member of the Year honors. Hilda has been a behind-the-scenes inspiration for more than 12 years and has shown exceptional growth, loyalty, consistency and leadership in her position in the past year. Congratulations Hilda!

Juanita Oaks - Leader of the Year 2018

Marketing Manager Juanita Oaks was named Leader of the Year and is one of our longest-serving Augustine Team Members with more than 16 years of dedicated service. Juanita is responsible for our player's club, valet parking, gift shop, housekeeping, promotions and more. She has grown from a front-line position into one of the most important leadership posts in the organization. She is the single biggest reason our Mariachi Under the Stars event is a success for more than five years running. Congratulations Juanita!
