As we bring 2017 to a close, we reflect on how much we have accomplished and how much we have learned. In the ever changing world of Home Care we have seen it all at Advanced Care Placement Services.

We have seen CHHA's come and go, LHCSA's popping up everywhere contracted with MLTC's. We have learned a tremendous amount from our clients and the RN's we have worked with. It is certain that the market is getting more competitive, nurses are looking for different things in their employee, and nurses know that they are in high demand.

So what are you doing to stay cut above the competition? It is all in your nurses. Your nurses are the people that are going provide the best patient care and set you apart from your competition.

Are you attracting top talent? We work closely with our clients to understand who the best nurses are for their needs. We also have close relationships with the candidates, we assess their hard skills as well as their soft skills. We play match-maker between client and candidate so that our placements last.
