2018 Hope FSMold design system could improve injection mold industrial
Thanks 2017,it was a difficult and exciting year for us.
For design above lifter up structure,we can spent only one minute to choose the parameters,and it is very clear for us to check if the safety stroke is enough ,check the relationship between design steel stroke and plastic stroke.
In 2017,we had designed many complex injection mold,and get good feedback from our customer.During do the complex mold which frequently changed a lot,we found it was hard for us.
Below is some items:
1.Design process was old and training systems was not efficient which like I studied in school.So for the new designer,they frequently make mistake which means we need much time to check the work and train designers.
2.Every company has their own design guideline,so it cost us lots time to read and understand it.
3.Injection design is a system work,many parameters may effect relative parameter,so it need time to think over it.
Cause above,we couldn't take many project.Thanks for all you enquiry which we said we don't have time to do it,cause we don't want to get bad reputation.
To make our life more comfortable and no much over time,I need to find a new way to achieved our work.I made a big decision to study programing .I want to make a design system which could help us to train our designer and make the design more efficient.With my design and manage project experience,our software could improve injection mold design process.
We had done some struct yet,which runs very well.I want to insert the raw material,injection machine information and design standard to it,then it would make design work more efficient.
If the software runs well,we will build a new service for all company which has injection mold business.We will guide you input the raw material,factory injection machine detail and your design standard to our software,then it would help your design work more easy,test mold in good condition and assist you project control.
