2018 BUDGET ESTIMATE

It appears that the budget of 2018 will be signed into law in April by the senate.March 31st is end of the first quarter of the year.It is therefore becoming late to sign the 2018 budget into law in the 2nd quarter of the year.When will its implementation starts? This is a big question.It is important to note that government spending is a crucial and it drives performance of the economy.It essentially lubricates the economy because through cash releases by government for different projects money circulates within the economy and impacts on relevant sectors.Let us note the fact that 2019 election is very close because once we enter the month of June , the focus of the government will be in election.This will no doubt affects budget implementation in one way or the other..
