2018 – another record-breaking year for Market Financial Solutions

Over the last 12 months, Market Financial Solutions has been on hand to support brokers and property investors by providing them with fast bridging loans, ensuring they are positioned to take advantage of new investment opportunities as soon as they arise.

Importantly, 2018 was also a year of company milestones for MFS. We were proud to become the UK’s first bridging lender to open an office in Singapore, tapping into one of the world’s most renowned and dynamic financial markets. Closer to home, the influx of enquiries for bridging loans resulted in some benchmark UK deals, including the completion of a ￡5.2 million bridging loan for an offshore client.

MFS is delighted to have continued its growth, expanding our network of borrowers and brokers. What’s more, we have also further strengthened our funding lines in order to cater to growing market demand for bridging loans.

We would like to thank all those who helped us along the way and look forward to the new opportunities 2019 will bring. There are already some exciting developments on the horizon – all will be revealed very soon.
