For those businesses looking to impress and retain talent in 2017 the Employer Brand is at the top of the agenda, if you are responsible for the internal communications it’s absolutely essential to make sure you have a water tight Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
When we say water tight, like any activity in the internal comms and internal brand space it’s not only the message you are creating but also how and where it is delivered.
