2017 - The year of Data or just another year?

It's 2017 and it is a new year! You've probably been pouring through the data of last year to look at your triumphs and failures to prepare for a clean slate.
How does that data look? Is it telling you the story you need to make educated decisions? Can you easily identify the fracture points in your sales cycles, your customer experience, or employee performance? Are there correlations you might be missing? Are you collecting the right information? What about your data/ analytics strategy? Do you have a solid data governance framework? Do you have legacy systems you have to work with, or do you have something shiny and new to implement this year?
According to a survey conducted by Corinium Global Intelligence at the Chief Analytics Officer Fall Forum in October, these were the top objectives:
What are you objectives to progress your data and analytics strategy? Do you think these will be the same in 2017?
Regardless of where you are with your strategy, there are organizations out there to help. Attend the events, read their content and keep an ear out for experts in the field.
