2017 is the YEAR of CHANGE

As of 2017, BD Foundation has been in business for five years. We will be celebrating our Founders Day on 9th February in a new avatar! It has been wonderful 5 years delivering great work for amazing clients with a growing team of partners. Thank you for being our clients, mentors, colleagues, and friends.

The beginnings of each New Year provides us with few moments to deeply and quietly reflect on our previous year and on our many accomplishments. It gives us meaningful time to plan out an even more extraordinary year to come. I loved this brief interlude, for it gave us a chance to get even clearer on exactly how we would like to serve our clients, who we would love to collaborate and partner with and why we love doing what we do. It gave us a chance to create a Vision Ahead and think what we would love to be, do and have in next 5 years!

We believe that 2017 is a year of Change!

For the past 5 years, BD Foundation has been advocating change & creating awareness on Diversity agenda but now it is time to put our Learnings into ACTION! It is time to create linkages between business, community & people bringing positive impact on all! It is time to measure, revisit & improvise on this impact.  For the same reason, we have launched the BD 3I Index, which is going to measure India Inc on their Inspiring, Innovative & Inclusive practices. It is time to move BEYOND DIVERSITY!

While we plan ahead for 2017, our team is gearing to welcome you at I INSPIRE 2017 with the theme “I Inspire Infinite Potential” on 21st April! We would urge you to stretch yourselves to your Infinite Potential & do something even more extraordinary and outstanding than ever before in this New Year – 2017.

This is to new beginnings and to a great new year ahead!
