The 2017 Top Sales Development Leaders

The end of the year is here and that must mean it's time to give out the awards. Who won and lost? Who hit quota and didn't hit quota? Who is going to president's club and who is not?

This year we wanted to do something different. There is a role in sales that is often taken for granted. It's a role that is not invited to president's club but still faces the daily grind of trying to build pipeline and hit quota. The role I'm referring to is SALES DEVELOPMENT. So, to give a little bit of love back to those who give so much to sales development, we asked the sales development community to name its top 10 leaders who are forging new paths and changing the face of sales development as we know it. Introducing the first annual Sales Development Leader awards and this year's top ten winners...

·     Ben Sardella - Co-Founder at OutboundWorks

·     John Barrows - Owner at JBarrows Training

·     Scott Leese - Senior Vice President at Qualia

·     Grant Cardone - Founder and CEO of Grant Cardone Sales Training

·     Trish Bertuzzi - President of the Bridge Group Inc.

·     Jake Reni - Director of Adobe Sales Academy at Adobe

·     Gabe Larsen - Vice President at InsideSales.com

·     Richard Harris - Owner at Harris Consulting Group

·     Morgan Ingram - Director of Sales at JBarrows Training

·     Jill Konrath – Owner at Jill Konrath

Yes, I'm on the list and no I didn't cheat. The voting system was tough as it only allowed one vote per IP address but that didn't stop people from voting as there was well over 5,000 votes across the board.

The leadership awards were given out at the Sales Development Summit, the largest event of its kind with over 6,000 attendees listening to more than 40 of the industry best leaders, practitioners, and thought leaders.
