2017 has been a great year for Lab4U, but there is a lot more to do, the learning crisis is real.

I end 2017 filled with gratitude and pride for the work that has been done this year at Lab4U. We have not only increased the number of students we are impacting but we have learned a lot in the process of implementing technology inside the classrooms.

I know there is a lot more to be done. The "learning crisis" stated by the World Bank this year is real, we are schooling without learning, a terrible waste of precious resources and of human potential.

After visiting schools in Chile, México, and the US, I can tell how much talent there is but how little opportunities are given to our future changemakers, scientists, technologists, critical-thinkers, and entrepreneurs. I am hopeful that this 2018 will bring changes, not only from a top-down public policy perspective but from a bottom-up people's perspective. We truly believe that the next Einstein or Marie Curie can be anywhere in the world, in a slum in Mumbai, a street in México or Chile or from an inner city school in the US.

I invite you to take a look at the progress and learning experience we have had in Lab4U this year:

+ Students + Impact + Features + Countries !

And one week later she visited Camden, Maine and spoke at PopTech 2017sponsored by Toyota USA

Lab4U received the overall Edtech Award at the prestigious Reimagine Education Awards held in Philadelphia this year!
