2017 Ashes Daily Cartoon Diary

I have challenged myself to produce a daily 5/10 minute Ashes pencil cartoon over the course of the Ashes, staring on Day 1 of the 1st Test and recording my own thoughts on daily events throughout the series until the close of play on Day 5 of the 5th Test.

In an ideal world, this series will go down to the last session on Day 5 of the 5th Test and will be remembered as a classic Ashes series! In that case, I hope that at the end of the series I will have enough material to produce a book which will be a visual diary of the main events throughout the tour. If the next four test matches are as full of talking poitns as the first one with a few interesting stories thrown in in between then it might make an interesting record of the series!
