truth + desire lab is a yearlong group coaching experience for those who want to deep dive into their creativity and build more intentional relationships. This coaching experience features weekly coaching conversations by phone (drop in as needed) and support via a private email group. We'll start off with a couple foundational exercises to help you map your intentions and free flow from there. The investment for this program is $395 for the year when you sign up before our first call on December 9th. $39 holds your spot. Register here

Wellness Wednesday Coaching is for those of you who want a new relationship with food and physical activity. We'll meet once a month by phone. You can become a member, which gets you additional support via email and through members' only content on the blog along with a 15% discount off items in my online pantry, or you can just drop in each month when you need to.
