"2016..a new year" - monthly brazilian point

Welcome to 2016 BBB Beautiful Brazilian Beaches!  Just consider me as a very passionate about travel and tourism, and a local friend!   See where I am now! Liked the picture?  Since .. I love to talk business in this paradise of Bahia and I would like to present to you  a brazilian option of  tourism investiment.  So everyone knows the big crisis that is effecting Brazil economy, with a lot of  resources cuted off in any field, however  democracy and peace is not been effected here, not as other world regions effected by terror. So let me explain why is the right moment to invest, whatever it is a resort, an economy chain or other type of Condo Hotels /Residence etc. Strong dollar is making Brazilian people think twice when travelling abroad, in the same time South American Tourists are coming for the dollar effect. Company airlines are starting to discuss new airports opening, real estate  prices slowing down everywhere, I remember  how much we could do with a "dollar" here 10 years ago , now it is all back again. Consider also how this market continue "Virgin"  - few Luxury hotels all over Brazil, compared to an average American or European city. International companies love to invest in economy scale.  it is very rentable! But Brazil is not even explored, is a big country. We could imagine a "affordable luxury " segment or create entire city like Las Vegas!  Whatever the idea is to invest in Luxury or not, don't forget that Brazil recover  from its trouble easy . At the end, it is a political crisis, is a system crisis, but Brazil is still a rich country, a total oil, natural, region,  a commodity country that exports millions, one of most desired luxury tourism, and since most of the big companies are making cuts and cuts  all over,  this is already the 2nd year, this will  make people think to errors, reorganize finally, govern cuts to demostrate what it is right to do, at the end, crisis is bad but  makes people react, a big help  to recover sooner than expected.
