Just to have fun with this great article, if I were to put in my predictions I would say lower sodium items will become a hot item. I'm excited to see how companies like Scelta can lower sodium without losing taste using natural products like mushrooms*. In addition, I predict an increase in demand for the Private Label food. I know I'm personally always open to have a quality product at a lower price than branded, what's not to love.
