This year, the sixth Datacentre Transformation Conference (DT Manchester 2016) is running as a series of workshops. The workshops are themed and will have content provided by a chairperson, sponsors and specialists. However, content is also to be provided via a short survey of perceived understanding or opinion from you as representation of the community on aspects that relate to the themes of the workshops. This survey has a series of questions that are based on multiple choice and binary responses and should not take longer than 15 minutes to complete.

This survey covers 4 out of 9 workshops via 21 questions that align to the data centre operations and applications of the infrastructure. This includes data centre business requirements, general operations, smart operations and data centre requirements for the Internet of Everything.
