I'll Be Mugged For Christmas

While most prepare for the holidays my time has been spent in the Hospital Emergency Rooms of Kaiser and John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek. On November 28th, 20014 I was attacked on Locust Street back to back 20 minutes apart.

The assault case like the one on Halloween Night which a week later emerged as Narcotics Taskforce Investigation Team connected to these officers in Federal Prison or county jail. I've endured well over thirty years of their mistakes like the 1988 execution of a Pittsburg CA Safeway Manager Murder but there are more.

So here I am talking about three assaults four weeks apart and now another one at Panera Bread on Locust Street, then I've got people connected to officers trying to run me over near Safeway even my client was mugged in front of the Safeway Walnut Creek last year under the watchful eye of WCPD Alfequi who was talking the head of a Motorcycle gang.

Strange Bedfellows

What I learned since the assault I've got perhaps $10,000 in medical bills for two events, four assaults in total in 2014, one in Oroville, and several others where persons unknown will throw random punches.

In 2004 Gary Collins was a Danville CA building inspector but during a meeting I call the Bennett/Bryden/Nordoff meeting he was linked to CNET. In a matter presented to Contra Costa County Superior Court e.g. Bennett v. Collins was thwarted when Attorney Sage Sehapi was mugged.

Burning Credibility

In November 2004 this gas line exploded but in 2001 my attorneys offices were torched at 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road. Fortunately I didn't call local authorities I called the FBI as I've learned from Pittsburg CA Police they're capable of murder

Rules of Evidence

§701 Disqualification of witness

(a) A person is disqualified to be a witness if he or she is:

(1) Incapable of expressing himself or herself concerning the matter so as to be understood, either directly or through interpretation by one who can understand him; or

(2) Incapable of understanding the duty of a witness to tell the truth.

(b) In any proceeding held outside the presence of a jury, the court may reserve challenges to the competency of a witness until the conclusion of the direct examination of that witness.

I learned that instead of a police report I've been written up for being 5150. What's amazing is that's exactly what they said at the Coroner's Inquest for David Filbert Bremer who attended San Ramon Valley Unified District.

The interesting connection is David was once my roommate, he was always hungry, the jail doesn't serve baloney for breakfast, he lived while alive near someone that I'd say is pretty close to the International Scandal involving LIBOR.

That leads to my theory about the untimely demise a several Mormons I once knew who each died untimely deaths.
