Service Excellence Awards 2014

After celebrating your customers during this Customer Service Week, today is the day we celebrate you for Service Excellence! In the inaugural ICS - K Service Excellence Awards, we asked the customers to participate in a survey showing what they think about the customer service of organizations in Banking, Telecommunications, Universities, Supermarkets, Public Sector (Government),Petrol Stations and Insurance. The results were amazing and their appreciation for great Customer Service was phenomenal! So, today at the Service Excellence Awards Gala Dinner hosted by ICS – K from 6:30PM at Crowne Plaza Hotel, we will be awarding those who customers gave a thumbs up for great customer service!
