Now here's a thing.
In the last three days I've spoken at two business group meetings, run a project management training session and a mini-workshop on 'keeping customers happy when you're not able to give them what they'd like'.
In all four, the same comment was made: 'that's really obvious now I see it. Why aren't we doing that?'
It just goes to show that a great deal of the tools we need, we already have - we just need to think before we 'do'. Oh, and spend less time looking for complex answers when the simple solution is readily available!
