Stay Happy Cut the Crappy

How many times we hear this sentence "no matter what ... stay happy". But the question is ... is it that easy? Ofcourse not. But as an entrepreneur and boot-strapper and fire fighter I figured out that staying happy can do wonders.

What makes us un-happy?

The problems? people who annoy us? unexpected bills? fights? arguments? .... un reached targets? expectations .. that .. never materialize ? rejection? negative energies? ...

Yes .. so what?

By being unhappy can you solve your problems? obviously you cannot. So my humble request to you is. Be happy always .. and you will have less problems ,.. and you will squash them all .. even before they start creeping into your brain..

Really?

I used to be very unhappy, angry, aggressive and crazy at work. But then something happened and I started to realize I am not happy and I am always stressed so I promised myself that I will face the issues with smiling face and how I did it.

Keep it simple?

Whenever you see a problem, an issue or a disaster. Take a deep breath and ask yourself can you solve it.... yes I can .. ok .. how ... what are the reasons that got you in this problem and what can you do to avoid it ... or if that "avoiding stage" is gone what can you do to minimize the damage and move on like a fire fighter and never repeat that mistake again.

By doing that your problems might not decrease but you will live more and you will be a better problem solver. The more you face the fire .. the better fireman you become and all this can be applied at home too.
