Most of the time I am surprised over HR industry as changes happening is so meagre and frustrating but at the same time with so many challenges attached to it. Remuneration and compensation described as CTC by aspiring candidates has become the major mandate to be resolved than anything else in Recruitment industry today.
why CTC has become a major concern rather than the JD and the challenges attached to it?
why not the candidates worry how to portray their potentials and let it get exploited rather than worrying about the CTC part.
The given role is the most unseen and unrecognised segment which should be recognised more and given more stress than anything. Rest flow naturally with it.
The profile needs to be meaty so that it brings good opportunity for the candidates to portray their un tapped potentials .
which will definitely bring rewards and laurels plus incentives with time and a hike in CTC.

10 年Behind the big picture always lies an unseen thing...CTC melts early (Employer's game played by an employee itself)...negotiate on inhand....Farrukh mam may your light ruin the dearth of CTC..

10 年Totally agree with you. Indian market if your work profile nobody is willing to give you a different profile for example if somebody has started his career in recruitment at particular ctc. Incase the ctc is good then the candidates will be happy to work on that particular profile of recruitment. If it goes otherwise ctc is less irrespective of what profile the candidate is handling. Then it becomes very difficult for the candidate to start his career at low ctc as he will be negotiated on his last drawn salary and will be forced to work on the same profile. Specially india hr profiles candidates are facing such problems. This is the major challenge.
