Worrying About Something?

If you find yourself lying awake at night worrying about something, ask yourself:

Can I do anything to change either the likelihood of this happening, or the outcome if it does happen?

If the answer is genuinely a resounding ‘No’, then park the issue. Put it to one side, as something that may happen, or not, but over which there is no point in worrying. Then, find something else to occupy your mind instead!

This is totally true. Risk based approach: r= p*c. Where p is the probability of occurance of an unwanted event and c is the consequence. If you do not have control over any of these parameters why should you worry;)
