NPRM for Small Unmanned Aircraft pushed back yet again.



Patrick Egan hinted at it in his last article a week ago, seems he was right

It's been 2 years, 8 months, 5 days according to our Miss-o-Matic since I stopped changing it every time a new date was published. That counter used to reflect the time until the NPRM not after a missed date. I have forgotten how many times I changed it.

In those almost three years perhaps the most successful civil commercial RPAS system has landed.

The DJI Phantom has moved to version three of its design and is selling thousands every month in the USA.

Is it just not time to stop re inventing the wheel and adopt Canadian, Australian or UK regulations for RPAS and carry on?
