Riding on Brad's back, here's the divorce base for social analytics...
1. The occurrence of order arrangement of sets of data is always different in social analytics,
2. Whether it's descriptive, predictive or prescriptive, social analytics dwell around some predefined finite bases,
3. Always preceded by the kind of online listening we call social listening,
4. Rather than being industry specific, social analytics is always brand specific,
5. Most indirect attribution to ROI.
