Dropping the Talent

So many opportunities so many gone wasted. Companies are losing top talent because of the turnaround time in capturing them. Hiring managers and the like who want to acquire top talent must keep in mind that when top talent comes knocking they only knock once. Other companies will snatch them up if you get caught wondering(admin).

With recent experience of watching top talent go by I have these thoughts:

  1. It will now take these companies double the time to find someone half as good.
  2. They need to recognize top talent when they see it.
  3. They need to act now!

Some of my clients actually sign the top candidates on the day. These clients are progressive businesses who are making moves in their industries because they can make decisions fast.

The crux of it all is being able to make a decision on the spot cutting out all the middlemen so that your potential candidates are not swooped up by someone else.
