A very effective and simplified profile that Jim Collins, Stephen Covey and others have professed, well done. Collins "Mirror/Window" leadership rule, similar to your Bullet/Credit circle is the one that I most embrace (not to discount the importance of the others because as you demonstrated, they are all equal), and one that is hard to find in the corporate world.

Those are pretty unique,qualities and persona Stefan, most leaders rarely apply them.
