Quit Blaming Trainers Part II

Ok here is my wicked sense of humor via a little bit of Irish - yes this group has no responsibility here and I m sure they'll give the trainer a great class evaluation! Heck they may even put down "I really learned a lot" ... LOL (yes I text with 2 high school kids). Here's a thought for you ... what if the trainer was allowed to evaluate the learners in a classroom? Boy that would be interesting ... a system where learners were measured on their engagement and participation in the learning process. Training is NOT down the hall any more. Its in the manager's office, in the LMS system, the corporate classroom, etc. But the major premise we need to be aware of is the learner truly present and 100 % participating?
