Are you One of Those People that Wake up Stressed?

All too often a hectic lifestyle and to much to do can get the better of you! Unhealthy eating, a poor sleeping routine all add to the confusion of the day and you find that from the moment you wake up, you're already stressed and in a bad mood, rushing around trying to make sense of your day!

A long commute, a hard day at work, smart phones that don't stop ringing and make you run out of smart ideas, keep reminding you of all the things on your do to list. If you are one of the many people that just happen to wake up stressed, everyday, If you find you hold stress and tension in your mind, shoulders and body, making your tummy act up take into account that you're not alone and that there is a solution at hand.

It's simple! Take charge of your mind now!

Close your eyes and go inside, look up to the sky with your eyelids shut tight and begin to acknowledge that you have too much on your mind and plate. Allow your mind to drift and with it imagine and empty plate which you can now fill with your new balanced lifestyle. Make simple changes everyday, just like you like to take a shower or bath everyday. Allow those changes to fill you with relaxation. Begin to identify. throughout your day, how you are reacting to different situations. Allow relaxation to flood you in situations that would have normally stressed you out and allow a smile to follow. It's daily habits that have the power to make you happy. Allow that happy feeling to flow as you stop to see a flower glow. Allow that morning coffee to penetrate your being with a new delight and almost as if it were your first time. Allow feelings of first times to flow with you throughout your day and allow yourself to perceive the world around you with childlike wonder. Allow your favourite colour to flood through you and look out for it throughout your day and when you spot it, feel how relaxed it makes you feel.

We don't know how and when you will make these changes, however we do know that if you do you'll find you go to sleep at night with a feeling of calm gratitude and when you wake up the next day you'll be charged and ready to enjoy your day, filled with smart ideas that will make you and those around you smile.

Another good post The English Sisters Zuggo. I like how you like to use imagery, especially references to nature in your posts. This article reminds me of slowing down and allowing yourself to take a pause, and notice the details around you.
