First attribute of being a Great Leader

Purpose or Mission – Leaders identify and know what their mission is. They know the reason why the organisation exists in the marketplace. A great leader has a determined mission statement, which describes, clearly and in plain language, what the purpose of the organisation is. A great leader will communicate to all stakeholders of the organisation, including employees, consultants, and sub-contractors so they should be able to identify with the mission and strive to achieve it.
