Mental block before embarking on entrepreneurial Journey

I have read some where in economics that risk bears profit. However when the chance of taking risk comes, majority of the people starts calculating the pros and cons and for majority cons overweights the pros and for them a entrepreneural journey remains a dream. Those who takes a calculated risk, visualises the journey, plan prudently surely bears the fruit of the risk and becomes good entrepreneurs. There are many examples of it not only in developed parts of india but also in underdeveloped parts of India like Bihar, Jharkhand etc.
It is not easy to ride on the road of entrepreneurship. I have perceived that majority of the people fails to ride on the road of entrepreneurship because they do enjoy doing 8 hours job with monthly salary, engulfed by the family burden, fettered in middle class tradition, satisfied with their life, buckle down under their weakness and so on. However most important factors for the reason of failure for me is the mental block. Mental block for many resists from taking the entrepreneural risk. Mind allows you to dream but in reality when one make endeavour, mind sends the alert that "what will happen if i fail" "what will happen to my family after failure"
It is not that some people faces mental resistance it is applicable with majority of the person dreaming about the entrepreneurship and it is also true that the life gets ruined after failure and you are left to struggle only. Maximum society in india witnesses the example of failure and that is immersed into the mind of the majority of entrepreneurial dreamer.
However, every entrepreneural dreamer should give themselves a chance. It is is due to the reason that there are lots of advantages by becoming entrepreneur. However before starting one must do his SWOT analysis that is strength, weakness, opportunity and target analysis. It is important because every one has some strength and weakness. One must concentrate on his strength and from his strength, target and opportunity area would be found. For example, one is a lawyer and good in statutory compliance, he must concentrate on that and within some time there will be ample chances of success. It is not that business can be started only with huge money, in large organisation and with lots of people. one needs positive attitude, dareness and can accomplish the success by clubbing one pieces with another.
However government has a very important role in promoting the entrepreneurship. The government should come up with the vision plan and must act like a catalyst. In India it is very tough to start a business. Still there are lots of red tapism and chances of getting easy finance is very rare in absence of securities. There is lack of good institution educating entrepreneurship. The government must interfere. It is the entrepreneur success that can promote inclusive growth, mass employment, sustainable development and reduce poverty. Besides Government, there is the urgent need of involvement of large company and society.
