HR Data MANAGEMENT - not reporting!
Had a great session this morning with our senior leadership team where we set out some real actions and priorities based on HR data. We have been working closely to build relationships with business managers to deliver and analyse data, identify issues and risks and then set up an outcome based action plan.
Sounds really simple and common sense, but now my managers understand the value that real HR data can add if managed rather than monitored and reported on...!
Another reason to go back to basics and simplify what you do. What are you reporting on? Are you managing the data?What does the business value? If you don't know...ask, then do something about it!
