Your Business. Is it really meeting customer needs?


What problem is your business solving?
This is the one question budding entrepreneurs fail to answer honestly yet its one of the most critical questions in determining whether the customers we’ll really need what you have to offer.
If even half of the budding entrepreneurs would be honest enough in addressing this fundamental question, the number of casualties in the failed entrepreneurs ward would reduce to half. It’s just a thumb suck estimate but I hope it communicates the severity of the problem.
Truly speaking , Honesty with ones self can mean the difference between a successful first step and letting your hard earned money going down the drain. But then this is not everyone’s strength.
Human beings have a bad tendency to self deceive when they are desperate, so it is recommended for one to run their ideas through trusted colleagues and people with level heads. You will find that feedback from people will help you shape your ideas a bit more and factor in things you might have over looked.
So before you invest that money are you sure you are meeting a real need as opposed to a figment of your imagination? Run your idea through some of your trusted buddies and see if its a real problem you are meeting or better still conduct a market research but what ever you do, make sure to answer the question honestly.
