When filming Caroline Phipps I learned that horses mirror situations, circumstances and help people to find solutions to their lives and the work environment as well as to learn leadership skills.

I also learned that Caroline Phipps has successfully helped many businesses and individuals, throughout her coaching career, to achieve their goals. With her follow up coaching, these companies are still flourishing and people often renew their process by simply returning to work with Caroline and the horses.

When I was young I’ve learned from my father that people needs to get back to nature. Filming Caroline interacting with horses was for me a great time to revisit this old advice.

Horses are pure, sincere, friendly, a great channel to get back to nature and help us to find our place in the system to be more responsible for ourselves, our relationships, friends, family, coworkers, our future, the planet we live on.
