Remember Adlai Stevenson? He said something that stuck with me since I first heard it quite a few years ago . . . “It’s hard to lead a cavalry charge if you think you look funny on a horse.” He was right, if you don’t have confidence in yourself you won’t be able to create confidence in your clients.
