My First Article on Financial Planning of 2009
When I switched my career from Indian Air Force to work as Financial Planner, I was astonished to see how unaware I was about my finances. What surprised me more when I started working as Financial Planner that I was not alone. Most people I interacted with and advised them on their financial planning and investments were no different than me including professionals of various financial services. This prompted me to discuss nuances of financial planning and various investment alternatives with whomever I know through this medium. My first interaction is in Hindi as a tribute to my mother tongue and the nation. All subsequent interactions would be in English.

10 年Ajay Bhai bahut badhiya lekh likha hai apne! Sankshep main kaphi saari baatein aapne samjhadi. Aap iss lekh ka Angrezi main bhi anuvaad karna jab aapko waqt milta hai. Since year 2010, I am experimenting with an unusual investment - investment in people! So far have got mixed luck... Of course people should not be compared with property or finance, but i see some of the points applicable to any type of investment - wise initial decision, planning, tracking/monitoring, risk mitigation/handling, continuity, exit/closure etc. What do you think?
