How to find that fantasy candidate

Have you, your company, or the recruiters you work with, ever searched for that fantasy candidate to fill a position, but then one week becomes two, and so-on without you any closer to finding them...

...the only problem is that fantasy candidates don't exist. Sure, everyone wants individuals who bring all the bells and whistles in all they do and more; but have you ever met anyone who does everything continually perfect 100% of the time. And if you hired someone thinking they were perfect; did they live up to all the hype? If they did; kudos to you.

In most cases however, finding a fantasy candidate may be next to impossible with you wasting lots of time, energy and money in this pursuit. So why not consider finding and hiring a best fit candidate who can do the job instead.
