Work Culture !!!

Sometimes I feels that working in an #MNC is for to drink coffee in big mugs and saying about the weird things that no one can absorb.
One who joins in an #MNC, he becomes a part of this "Culture" in very soon !!! Also, I fear that by putting the term,#we (Using for team strength and#collaboration), is from the fear that he/she can't achieve individual commitments ( I am not against the collaborative culture and team spirit.)?
