Ah, the idea! The building block of innovation and change. Whether they arrive in a quick flash — or evolve slowly — a single idea can change the course of our lives and work. Welcoming an idea with open arms (and a completely open mind), can often prove to be a challenge, even when that idea possesses great merit. So, we must nurture and protect our ideas as a great resource, offering them the opportunity to develop.
I'd like to think that when all is said and done, we're ready for what is next — even when we initially balk at the change an idea may herald. If not, I fear we may be left behind.
