With the election fever gripping in India & the advent of the new financial year I thought of putting a piece for the corporate world as to what an employee seeks from the organization he works for.What better acronym we can ask for -apt,relevant & complete-"NAMOJI".
Employees are like engines,they require re-fueling,servicing & lubrications to deliver speed,long mileage & avoid breakdowns.How we can achieve this?

Employee engagements 5 Fun at works 6. Training and developments 7. Make employee feel that they are part of team. 8. Inspired leadership, Organizational mission and vision 9. Focus and support on employees' growing talents 10. Aligned HR Practices and Excellent Execution 10 commandments for employee to create belong and Believing 1. Be a good Employee (4S) Simple approach, Sincerity in all acts, Seriousness towards the duties and Skill Focus. 2. Believe your organization , its mission, vision and purpose of existence. 3. To do list and successful and satisfied evenings 4. Be a good Team Player 5. Positive attitude and Self accountability 6. Initiative 7. Time bound completion of tasks 9. Dependability 10. Hard work.
